SupaWall^® is a patented high performance closed panel timber frame building system that is one of the most advanced timber frame systems in the world. SupaWall^®, SupaRoof^® and SupaFloor^® have been developed to provide the complete building envelope with this world class performance. The SupaWall System^® may also be used for refurbishment projects and infill panels in other framed building structures. This British invention is a significant advance on the traditional open panel products currently in use. It is covered by patents GB2415714 and GB2436989 and has been awarded a British Board of Agrément Certificate No. 09/4659 and can be licensed worldwide.

SupaWall^®is a closed timber frame panel comprising of studs sheathed both sides with oriented strand board and filled with environmentally friendly polyurethane foam insulation. The interior side of the panel is faced with a heat reflective membrane and an air gap is left between it and the internal wall cladding to form a service zone; the exterior side is faced with a breathable waterproof membrane and 50mm of cavity insulation.
SupaFloor^®is a factory manufactured, structural, closed timber frame cassette floor panel system based on the SupaWall System^® technology. It provides highly insulated, heat conserving ground floors on an economical basis. U-values of 0.11W/m²K are readily achieved.
SupaRoof^®is a factory manufactured, structural, closed timber frame roof panel system based on the SupaWall System^® technology. It is suitable for both pitched and flat roofs and is ideal for room in the roof applications. U-values 0.11W/m²K are readily achieved.

Energy Conservation

SupaWall^® is extremely thermally efficient and independent testing by the National Physical Laboratory has confirmed a u-value of less than 0.12 W/m²K for 140mm stud SupaWall^®.
